Inspection and Testing¡@

VI.5.1. Purpose
This document provides a general sampling plan and inspection procedure for all purchased materials, semi-product and finished products to ensure conforming to their specifications.

VI.5.2. Scope
Applies to all purchased materials, internally fabricated materials, semi-products and completed products manufactured by Excellence-Tech which are being ready for shipment to the customer.

VI.5.3. Procedure
5.3.1. The Receiving Inspection Procedure shall be applied to all received materials to ensure that only conforming to specification materials are used in manufacturing process.
5.3.2. In process Inspection Procedure shall be applied to the internally fabricated materials, or semi-products, the process conditions, characteristics are properly monitored accordingly to ensure that the processes are with controlled and conform to specifications.
5.3.3. First Piece Inspection Procedure shall be applied to the first of all new of significantly changed product or tools manufactured by the company to ensure the early detection and timely correction of discrepancies.
5.3.4. Final Inspection Procedure shall be applied to all the deliverable finished products to assure that they comply with company standards and customer requirements.
5.3.5. Reliability Test Procedure shall be applied to internally fabricated semi-product or finished products as per procedure requested to ensure conforming to specifications.
5.3.6. All inspection, or test, or audit result shall be properly recorded, this quality information is to be accumulated and organized in a manner that will enable convenient search and retrieval of specific data.
5.3.7. Unless otherwise specified, all data is to be maintained for a period of at least two (2) years.
