VI.1. Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to endure all printed circuit board are fabricated in total conformance to customer specifications,
needs and expectations. All purchase orders, contracts, specifications, ECN, or requirements are properly reviewed and documented.
VI.2. Scope
Applies to all customer purchase orders or contracts, and related specifications, ECN, fax materials and correspondents.
VI.3. Procedures
3.1. Sales department is responsible for the contract review.
3.2. All purchase orders or contracts, order sign back, or criteria deviation shall be in written form.
3.3. While receiving customer request for quotation, the sales engineer shall prepare a quotation in accordance with process capability list,
cost/ quality level/ product category reference guide and customer requirements. If requested PCB specifications or requirements are beyond process capability,
in advanced discussion with Engineering and Quality department and superior approval shall be necessary before quotation.
3.4. While receiving customer purchase order, the sales engineer shall review all parameters and submit to superior for approval then sign back to customer.
The following documents will be Customer in shall approve use for review, any deviation from customer needs written.

3.5. Customer shall approve first article before releasing mass production order. Any deviation shall be done in written and advanced approval from superior is a must.
The contract review procedure shall be applied to all sample orders or contracts.
3.6. The production order shall be prepared and released by Sales department in accordance with purchase order requirements.
3.7. All purchase orders and contracts, unless otherwise specified, are to be maintained for a period of at least three (3) years.
3.8. The order, or contract shall be reviewed accordingly if any change in contents, specifications, etc.
